Work With Me - Attorneys
As legal professionals, your caseload is extensive, and time is of the essence. While you may tick off every box on your checklist for immigration submissions, you understand that your clients are more than just checkboxes – they are individuals with families, jobs, and genuine pain and trauma. I'm here to assist.
A hardship evaluation transforms your clients' narratives into vivid portrayals, presenting them to immigration officials not just as cases but as neighbors, friends, and valuable members of society.
Types of evaluations I offer include I-601A Hardship Evaluation, J1 Visa Hardship Evaluation, Cancellation of Removal, and VAWA.
Pricing: Quality comes at a cost. While cheaper evaluators may be an option, the result is often a hastily written report without psychological testing. My evaluations, averaging 10-14 pages, take about 6 hours or more to complete. The fee ranges from $900 to $1200, depending on the type of evaluation. The basic hardship evaluation (I-601a, Application for Provisional Unlawful Waiver) is priced at $900, covering all necessary elements, including any revisions.
Turnaround Time: Upon completion of our last appointment, the standard turnaround time for the assessment is three weeks. If expedited service is required (within a week), a rush fee of $300 applies.
Delivery Method: The assessment report can be sent via email, fax, or mailed as a paper copy.
Referral Process: You can facilitate client referrals by guiding them to book an appointment in your office, and your assistant can assist with the scheduling. Clients can book appointments online through my website. For those without internet access or familiarity with online platforms, they can call 253-576-3898 to schedule.
Geographic Coverage: I am available for Telehealth appointments, extending services to clients in California, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, and Washington.
